Shipping
All items are shipped using Royal Mail 24 Tracked for UK or International Tracked. Dispatch times may vary during seasonal breaks, however we aim to dispatch any non pre-order items between 1-3 working days.
Items on pre-order and orders containing items on pre-order will be shipped in accordance to the information listed under the product.
Tracking information for orders will be sent to customers via email soon as package(s) are dispatched.
After dispatch expect your items to be with you within:
UK delivery within 1-3 Days
Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days
Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days
Please note, these are the guide lines specified by Royal Mail and on rare occasion these guidelines may be exceeded beyond our control. In any event your parcel is severely delayed please feel free to contact us and we will try and help in anyway we can.
Enjoy free shipping on all UK on orders over £80. Free shipping to the USA, Canada & Australia on orders over £150.
There currently are a number of countries we do not ship to. Please contact us if you unable to place an order or are from a country were not currently shipping to at this time.
Import duties & taxes- When shipping outside of the UK your order may be subject to additional import duties, charges, and taxes. Customers are responsible for paying these and Rolltex cannot be held liable. Please check with your local authorities for details of what charges and duties to expect, before placing an order.

Returns
All items can be returned within 30 days of purchase if:
- They are unopened and in the same condition as when received.
- The Packaging is not damaged or broken.
Unless found to be faulty or defective, the customer will be required to pay for the return postage of the item(s).
